Colorado police officers in Denver and Brighton will have to explain their actions in Federal Court after the Animal Law Center files federal complaints tomorrow on behalf of two clients whose dogs were gunned down needlessly. Police in both cases shot beloved family pets and the owners of the animals want to know why.
